Invitation to ICQ’14-Tokyo

It is our great pleasure to host the International Conference on Quality 2014, in Tokyo, as scheduled from October 19 to 22, 2014. ICQ was first held in Japan, in 1969 sponsored by JUSE. It successfully formed an epoch in the field of quality by offering an opportunity to share information and exchange ideas among quality experts around the world. Since then, the conference has been organized every three years by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the European Organization for Quality (EOQ), and the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) by turns, in cooperation with the International Academy for Quality (IAQ).

Under the theme, “Innovation through Quality-Creating New Value for the World”, we have gratefully received more than 150 paper applications for concurrent presentation sessions from 28 countries and regions of the world.

The time is just right for us to share what we have achieved, to clarify what we are going to pursue and to overcome challenges in front of us because we are convinced that, throughout these years, Quality Management has advanced significantly across the globe, owing to globalization, and tireless efforts made, not only by the academicians, but also in various industries.

Let’s take advantage of this great opportunity and make another big stride forward in Creating New Value for the World. See you all at the International Conference on Quality 2014 in Tokyo!
