International Conference on Quality

The International Conference on Quality, ICQ was first held in Japan, in 1969 sponsored by JUSE. It successfully formed an epoch in the field of quality by offering an opportunity to share information and exchange ideas among quality experts around the world. Since then, the conference has been organized every three years by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), the European Organization for Quality (EOQ), and the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers (JUSE) by turns.
