Deming Winners Experience Sharing Session in Pune

JUSE, in cooperation with TQMI-TQM International Pvt. Ltd., is holding the unique joint program in Pune, featuring 2017/2018 Deming Winners on their Deming journey towards excellence, which best explains how you actually implement TQM in the organization to make the most of potential power by total participation, from your employees. Dr. Noriaki Kano will lead the panel discussion from the view point of examiner to further clarify the benefit of TQM.

Participants for this program are expected to understand the followings:

• Both tangible and intangible outcomes of TQM implementation
• How you systemize TQM in the organization
• Best practice improvement activities through TQM
• How you establish the culture of total participation by TQM
• Journey towards the Deming Prize
