JUSE-SRM Joint Program

JUSE, in cooperation with SRM University, is holding the first International Seminar on TQM in Chennai from 28th April to 2nd May, 2014. This one week course will feature the same contents as carried out in Japan, covering fundamental TQM theories such as Overvire of TQM, Policy Management, and Daily Management for 3 days, in addition to 2-day plant visits to the local Deming Winning companies to observe how TQM actually works for operation, business and management. Dr. Katsutoshi Ayano from Japan will lead the seminar, along with local TQM experts from Deming Prize winner.
