2025 ISTQ-W Report (February 2 - 10, 2026)

The International TQM Seminar (Winter), organized by JUSE (Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers), was held from Monday, February 2 to Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

This seminar welcomed 22 participants from India. Throughout the program, including lectures and company visits, participants engaged in lively and insightful discussions, demonstrating their strong interest in Japanese TQM practices and their sincere commitment to improving their respective organizations. The nine-day program was filled with lively exchanges and meaningful dialogue.

The cultural visits were also very well received. Participants enjoyed a traditional tea ceremony experience at Kakegawa Castle, as well as weekend excursions to Kyoto and Nara. Although Kyoto was unexpectedly covered in snow during the visit, the rare sight of a beautiful winter landscape brought great excitement and joy to the participants. Despite the severe cold, the smiles on their faces as they experienced the beauty of Japan’s four seasons left a lasting impression on us.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all participants for their active engagement, which contributed to the great success of the seminar. We hope that the TQM insights gained and the unique experiences in Japan will serve as valuable support as each participant demonstrates leadership within their respective organizations.

The programs for FY2026 are scheduled to be held in August 2026 and February 2027.
We sincerely look forward to your participation.
