【JUSE ISTQ】Registration for seminar (Summer)

Application Flow

1. Download the application form. →

2. Fill in the application form and send it to the following email address.

*If you need to apply for a Japanese visa, please indicate your date of birth on the application form. An invitation letter will be issued after confirmation of payment of the application fee (JPY80,000).


3. After JUSE receiving your application form, we will provide you a URL, the link to pay the application fee (JPY80,000) online. Please complete the payment within 14 days after receiving the link for credit card payment. The application is accepted after confirming the payment of the application fee.


※URL will be sent to you according to the number of participants.
e.g.: If there are three applicants, please do three settlements.


4. After confirming the payment of the appplication fee, we will provide a URL, the link to pay the balance of the participation fee (JPY720,000) online,
Please proceed with the payment procedure.
Payment due: July 17(Fri.) 2026 *JST


※URL will be sent to you according to the number of participants.
e.g.: If there are three applicants, please do three settlements.


5. Final guidance on the seminar (including program) will be sent by email from July 29(Mon.) onwards.


Fees and Payment method

・Fees: JPY800,000/person(include application fee of JPY80,000)
※The application fee of JPY80,000 is not refundable in case of cancellation.
・Payment method: We will provide you a URL, the link to pay fees online.


Application closing

・July 17(Fri), 2026 *JST
※Application will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close when capacity is reached.


Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge will be levied on the balance(JPY720,000) in accordance with the following provisions.


Cancellation made between Jul. 20(Mon.) - Jul. 31(Fri.) 4pm:

20%.

Cancellation made between Jul. 31(Fri.) after 4pm - Aug. 14(Fri.) 4pm:

50%.

Cancellation made on or after Aug. 14(Fri.) after 4pm:

100%.
