2025 The Deming Prize Winners Presentations and the Award Ceremony are scheduled to be held as follows.

The Award Ceremony will be streamed live on the day of the Ceremony and will be widely viewed.

The Winners Presentation by this year's award winners will be heldfrom 13:00 at the same venue.

How to Participate

Please refer to our contact below and send us the following information if you wish to participate in the Winners Presentations and Award Ceremony. We will later send you an invitation.
• Name
• Organization
• Postal Address
• Phone and/or Fax number and E-mail address
• Will you be participating in the Celebration Party as well? If yes, although The Celebration Party will be held only for those involved with the award winners and the Deming Prize Committee memberes, we will also send you a ticket to the party and an invoice. Participation fee payment is requested to be made by bank transfer in advance.
If the invitation letter is required for Visa to enter Japan upon participating in the Winners Presentations and Award ceremony, the Secretariat will be able to issue the document. JPY6,600- per letter will be invoiced to you to cover up expenses related with courier and administration. Please contact the nearest Embassy/Consulate of Japan for details of necessary documents to apply for an entry Visa.

 

To issue an invitation letter, please provide with the following information:
1. Copy of passport (page including passport number and a photograph)
2. Expected date of arrival to Japan
3. Expected date of departure from Japan
4. Postal address to send the document to
5. Participants’ name, affiliation, position in the organization, address, phone and FAX numbers and e-mail address

 

Please note:
1. Period of invitation documents will be for the date of Award ceremony and required traveling days to attend the ceremony.
2. Arrangement for your travel and accommodation etc. to attend the ceremony, will be at your own care.

 

Application to this event will be closed when the number of participants reaches its maximum capacity.
