Application Flow

1. Download the application form. → Application Form

2. Fill in the application form and send it to the following email address.

*If you need to apply for a Japanese visa, please indicate your date of birth on the application form. An invitation letter will be issued after confirmation of payment of the application fee (JPY80,000).

3. After JUSE receiving your application form, we will provide you a URL, the link to pay the application fee (JPY80,000) online. Please complete the payment within 14 days after receiving the link for credit card payment. The application is accepted after confirming the payment of the application fee.

※URL will be sent to you according to the number of participants.
e.g.: If there are three applicants, please do three settlements.

4. After confirming the payment of the appplication fee, we will provide a URL, the link to pay the balance of the participation fee (JPY720,000) online,
Please proceed with the payment procedure.
Payment due: December 5(Fri.) 2025 *JST

5. Final guidance on the seminar (including program) will be sent by email from January 14(Tue.), 2025 onwards.

Fees and Payment method

・Fees: JPY800,000/person(include application fee of JPY80,000)
※The application fee of JPY80,000 is not refundable in case of cancellation.
※The application fee will be applied toward the participation fee. ・Payment method: We will provide you a URL, the link to pay fees online.

[Important Notice]To Organization in India
This seminar is a public training event open to the general public and is not intended for any specific individual or company. Under the Indian Income Tax Act and the India-Japan Tax Treaty, the participation fee does not fall under the category of "Fees for Technical Services(FTS)," nor is the service considered to be provided within India. Therefore, the participation fee is not subject to Tax Deduction at Source(DTS) in India.
Please note that JUSE does not issue documents such as Form 10F.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge will be levied on the balance(JPY720,000) in accordance with the following provisions.

Cancellation made between Dec. 22(Mon.) - Jan. 16(Fri.) 4 pm:	20%.
Cancellation made between Jan. 16(Fri.) after 4 pm - Jan. 23(Fri.) 4 pm:	50%.
Cancellation made on or after Jan. 23(Fri.) after 4 pm:	100%.
