Information
2026 The Deming Prize Winners Presentations and the Award Ceremony are scheduled to be held as follows.
The Award Ceremony will be streamed online for the general public.
The Winners Presentations by this year's award winners will be held from 13:00 at the same venue.
The detailed schedule for the Winners Presentations will be announced on our website after October 6, 2026, once this year's winners have been determined.

How to Participate
If you wish to participate in the Winners Presentations and Award Ceremony, please contact us at the address below and provide the following information. An invitation will be sent to you at a later date.

• Postal Address
• Phone and/or Fax number and E-mail address
• If you wish to participate in the Celebration Party, we will send you a party ticket and an invoice. The participation fee must be paid in advance by bank transfer.
If you require an invitation letter for your visa application to enter Japan to attend the Winners Presentations and Award Ceremony, the Secretariat can issue one upon request. A fee of JPY 6,600 per letter will be charged to cover courier and administrative expenses. Please contact the nearest Embassy or Consulate of Japan for details regarding the documents required for your visa application.
To request an invitation letter, please provide the following information:
1. A copy of your passport (the page showing your passport number and photograph)
2. Expected date of arrival in Japan
3. Expected date of departure from Japan
4. Postal address to which the documents should be sent
5. Participants’ name, affiliation, position in the organization, address, phone and FAX numbers and e-mail address
Please note:
1. The invitation documents will cover only the date of the Award Ceremony and the travel days required to attend the ceremony.
2. Participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
Registration for this event will close once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Regarding the "2026 Deming Prize: Statements of Reasons for Selection, Summaries of Winners Presentations, and Report from the Secretariat of the Deming Prize Committee"
Statements of Reasons for Selection and the Summaries of the Winners Presentation will be available at the following link (scheduled to be published on November 11).
