French Delegation from PROGRESS Partners Visits Japan

We are pleased to announce that we have welcomed a delegation of 11 members from PROGRESS Partners, a business solution services company operating in France, for a TQM (Total Quality Management) study tour to Japan upon their request. The study tour took place from 6/10(Mon) to 6/14(Fri), 2024.

The delegation consisted of consultants promoting TQM in France and managers implementing TQM within their companies. They showed a keen interest in Japanese improvement activities and the Toyota Production System (TPS). During their visit, they participated in seminars and case studies focused on these themes. Additionally, they visited four Japanese companies to deepen their understanding.

Furthermore, the delegation had the opportunity to experience Japanese culture by visiting various locations across Japan and participating in activities such as "Zazen" meditation, leading to numerous valuable exchanges.

This visit has fostered mutual understanding and helped build international friendships. We sincerely hope that the delegation members will utilize their experiences in Japan in their future activities and continue to achieve great success.
