Convention Participation Fee | Presenter: JPY43,200- per person Participant(s): JPY75,600- per person (for application made before Aug.31) JPY86,400- per person (for application made on/after Sept.1) Fee includes access to all presentation venues, proceedings in CD-ROM, welcome party and convention kit. |

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before 17:00(JST) on Oct. 9, 2014: No cancellation fee.(the fees associated with the refund, such as bank transfer fee, and the postal charge for mailing the invitation letter and/or invoice will be charged.)
Cancellation after 17:00(JST) on Oct. 9, 2014: 50% of the total registration fee(including any optional fees) will be charged as cancellation fee.
Cancellation after 17:00(JST) on Oct. 17, 2014: 100% of the total registration fee(including any optional fees) will be charged as cancellation fee.
Payment
Registration fees are requested to be paid in advance either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Please note that all the handling charges should be borne by the applicants.
